IKM was retained to design the second building in a medical campus setting in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This new 34,000 SF, three-story professional office building is connected to the TriState Surgical Services ambulatory surgery building (also designed by IKM) to provide the appropriate medical office space to serve the needs of the community.

The first floor of the medical office building is being constructed to accommodate an orthopedic medical practice. It includes 12 exam rooms, a radiology suite and physician offices. The exam rooms feature state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and all-digital radiology equipment. Medical records, billing, insurance, reception, waiting area, staff lounge and other support spaces are also included on the first floor.

In addition, the first floor of this building incorporates a large, fully-equipped conference room that will be accessible to all tenants of the building.  The elevator lobby incorporates high-end finishes to provide an elegant and welcoming entry to the upper two floors.
