As a result of this operational change, IKM was retained to conduct a review and analysis of each of the 13 WPAON sites for compliance and aesthetic upgrades.

IKM’s design for the new oncology outpatient clinic at Mellon Pavilion provides 20 patient chairs divided by cubicle curtains. New finishes throughout the facility, including 10 exam rooms, and a satellite pharmacy as well as new reception and waiting provide an updated, more contemporary look. This site is located within the Mellon Pavilion  medical office building on the Western Pennsylvania Hospital Campus.

This  13,600 square foot renovation/fit-out  was designed and built as one of many such facilities in the WPAON network in an effort to improve access to cancer treatment.
