IKM Incorporated was selected to provide professional design services for the renovations of Sunnyview Home, the skilled nursing home in Butler County. The projects undertaken at Sunnyview include the design of an Alzheimer Unit, renovations to the beauty salon, multipurpose room/chapel, rehabilitation suite, first-floor offices, and kitchen, the solarium, resident lounge, dining/activity room, nurse station and support spaces.

In order to better serve the residents, as well as the community, the Washington County Health Center selected IKM Incorporated to provide architectural design services for a series of renovations, upgrades and additions to the current, twenty-five year old facility.

The projects under this ongoing services contract included: renovation and remodeling of the existing nursing stations; complete interior finish upgrades; renovation, remodeling and expansion of the resident care units; the addition of new dining and recreation areas; and development of a master facility plan and site plan. It is anticipated that the projects being considered would be completed over the course of the next one to five years with the master facility plan identifying and outlining the priority order of projects.
